How do you charge?
I charge on a per project basis and prepare a written estimate for each one. I have a very good sense for the time required and usually base estimates on similar jobs I’ve done. Estimates are all-inclusive for meetings, research, outlines, copy, and ongoing project coordination. Invoices will not exceed the estimated price. Most jobs are billed upon completion, however for larger projects—such as web sites or multi-piece collateral projects—I may request a percentage to be paid up-front or at certain milestones. All projects require written pre-approval. Payment terms are Net 30.
Can you work with my employees or vendors?
I’m happy to collaborate with the professionals you trust. Such vendors may include designers, agencies, programmers, and account teams.
Do you offer full-service for concept-to-completion?
Yes. FeldmanCreative often functions in a project management capacity. To meet the needs of my clients, I call upon a large arsenal of associates to build qualified project teams. You can depend on me to direct and manage multiple facets of a marcom project or program including design, production, programming, photography, printing, fulfillment, and media planning.
Can you help with planning and consulting?
I’d be glad to. Frequently, my clients have a strong grasp of their objectives, but have questions or concerns about how to best execute a program. I have extensive experience delivering creative and marketing consulting.
Will you help us with a….?
By all means, please consider me a candidate to help you create and write whatever marcom materials you need. Although the bulk of my work encompasses common categories, I’ve gone off-the-board to assist clients with presentations, speeches, editorial, letters, promotions, video and a variety of computer-based communications.
How do you propose we get started?
The ideal way to launch a new project is to collaborate on the creation of a “creative platform.” The platform defines all the key elements, objectives and parameters of the project and serves to get everybody involved “on the same page.”
